Safe & effective Shirodhara therapy

Shirodhara therapy is a rejuvenating classical Ayurvedic therapy that involves the continuous and slow pouring of medicated oils, decoctions, or other liquids onto the forehead.

This technique induces a state of calmness and relaxation, promoting excellent psycho-somatic balance while reducing mental fatigue and exhaustion. To achieve optimum results, Shirodhara therapy is typically preceded by Sarvang Snehan, a full-body massage using medicated oil.

By soothing the parasympathetic nervous system and correcting vitiated Vaat and Urdhwagat Pitta, Shirodhara therapy helps to promote overall well-being and balance. Experience the benefits of Shirodhara therapy, the ultimate Ayurvedic treatment for tranquility and rejuvenation. Shirodhara Therapy Process

During a shirodhara therapy session a specially trained therapist slowly pours warm oil or other liquids, such as herbal-infused water over their forehead. The liquid is poured from a pot or vessel that is suspended above the patient's head, allowing for a continuous and rhythmic flow of liquid onto the forehead.
